And long-term inflammation of the body is bad for you because it leads to a lot of deadly risks such as strokes, heart problems, arthritis and so on. People who have a more plant-based diet don’t suffer from inflammation as much and therefore it is highly recommended to reduce meat consumption and go for a more meals plan that has lots of greens.

 While meat may taste really good, the downside of it is that it increases your blood cholesterol level by leaps and bounds and thereby increases your blood pressure too. These tiny things are responsible for keeping our body healthy and fight against different diseases. Therefore, the more you produce them, the better it is for your body. Consumption of plants helps produce these microorganisms more in our body so it is wise to switch from meat to plants in order to remain healthy.
